Shipping Information
At Guineaqueen, we take pride in delivering our products to customers across the globe. We ship from Slovenia, European Union (EU). For all orders to non-EU countries, please be aware these are considered International and may be subject to import fees, customs duties and/or taxes. The customer is responsible for these costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Your order will be shipped from our studio in Mali Ločnik, Turjak, Slovenia from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
We use DHL for international packages, DPD for EU packages, and Posta Slovenije for local shipments. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you made a mistake on your shipping address, don't worry! Please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to amend this for you, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

Missing
Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office.
Return
Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Guineaqueen purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, or if you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com within 30 days of receipt. Note that custom orders, perishable items, and sale items are not eligible for returns. We will provide a complimentary return label for incorrect or damaged items.
To initiate a return, please email us at wheek@guineaqueen.com. Items should be returned to our address, accompanied by the original invoice:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days, minus shipping costs.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you'd prefer. Remember to double-check our Size Guide before placing your order to avoid any sizing issues.

SUITABLE FOR
Walnut Leaves are suitable for guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, mice, rats and gerbils. They are not recommended for sugar gliders, hedgehogs and degus and should not be fed to animals with gastrointestinal infections or during pregnancy.
FEEDING GUIDE
Offer Walnut Leaves as an occasional treat alongside unlimited hay, fresh water and your pet's regular balanced diet. They can be fed on their own, mixed into hay or used as a natural topper to encourage foraging and add extra enrichment. As with all treats, moderation is recommended.
