Returns & Exchanges

We want you to wheek in excitement with your Guineaqueen product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com so we can make it right.

For any return request, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. If your order is outside of 30 days but you have an issue with your order feel free to reach out to us at wheek@guineaqueen.com.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or herbs/treats)
• Items on sale

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Clearance and sale items are always considered final sales and are not eligible for return.

At the reception of the parcel and after verification of the products, we will refund your money back. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned items. You will be refunded the purchase amount, minus postage costs.
