At Guineaqueen, we take pride in delivering our products to customers across the globe. We ship from Slovenia, European Union (EU). For all orders to non-EU countries, please be aware these are considered International and may be subject to import fees, customs duties and/or taxes. The customer is responsible for these costs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Your order will be shipped from our studio in Mali Ločnik, Turjak, Slovenia from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

We use DHL for international packages, DPD for EU packages, and Posta Slovenije for local shipments. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you made a mistake on your shipping address, don't worry! Please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to amend this for you, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

We want you to be thrilled with your Guineaqueen purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, or if you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com within 30 days of receipt. Note that custom orders, perishable items, and sale items are not eligible for returns. We will provide a complimentary return label for incorrect or damaged items.

To initiate a return, please email us at wheek@guineaqueen.com. Items should be returned to our address, accompanied by the original invoice:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days, minus shipping costs.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you'd prefer. Remember to double-check our Size Guide before placing your order to avoid any sizing issues.

Quick Clean

Wash When Needed

Drying

Daily, simply shake out droppings and hay, or use a vacuum or brush for a quick clean. For optimal comfort, change the pee pad daily. It's effortless and ensures their space stays cozy!

When it needs a good clean, place it in a washing bag to prevent hay from getting into the washing machine. Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with your regular detergent to keep the fabric in good condition, ensuring it stays waterproof and breathable. Do not use fabric softener.

After washing, just let it air dry by laying it flat or hanging up. The fabric dries fast and doesn't need to be put in the dryer or ironed.

How do I fill the hay feeder?

Just push hay through the holes until the feeder is completely filled. Spread the hay all the way to the corners to make sure it’s as full as possible, allowing your pet easy access from any side.

Can I wash the hay feeder in the washing machine?
