SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information

At Guineaqueen, we take pride in delivering our products to customers across the globe. We ship from Slovenia, European Union (EU). For all orders to non-EU countries, please be aware these are considered International and may be subject to import fees, customs duties and/or taxes. The customer is responsible for these costs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Your order will be shipped from our studio in Mali Ločnik, Turjak, Slovenia from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

We use DHL for international packages, DPD for EU packages, and Posta Slovenije for local shipments. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you made a mistake on your shipping address, don't worry! Please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to amend this for you, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

Personalized Orders

Please allow up to 10 additional days for production of personalized items. These items are final sale and are not refundable unless an error has been made on our part. If you need your order urgently, you may opt for our Rush My Order service at 19,95 €.

Missing
Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office.

Return
Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Guineaqueen purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, or if you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com within 30 days of receipt. Note that custom orders, perishable items, and sale items are not eligible for returns. We will provide a complimentary return label for incorrect or damaged items.

To initiate a return, please email us at wheek@guineaqueen.com. Items should be returned to our address, accompanied by the original invoice:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days, minus shipping costs.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you'd prefer. Remember to double-check our Size Guide before placing your order to avoid any sizing issues.

If you have concerns about the size of a product, we encourage you to contact us at wheek@guineaqueen.com before making your purchase. We're here to assist you in ordering the correct dimensions. Please note that return shipping costs can be significant for bulky items, so double-checking sizes can save you time and money.

With "Rush My Order," we reduce the crafting time to just 2-3 days, and your order goes straight to the top of our list. Normally, it takes us up to 10 days to handcraft items in our studio in Mali Ločnik, Turjak, Slovenia.

NOTE ON SHIPPING.

The "Rush My Order" service accelerates the processing of your order but does not affect shipping times. For shipping, we use DHL or DPD, known for their quick and reliable service. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.
